Leonardo DiCaprio leaves Victoria's Secret model girlfriend at home as he takes mother Irmelin to Golden Globe Awards
His penchant for Victoria's Secret models is well known but Leonardo DiCaprio chose his beloved mother to escort him to the Golden Globes on Sunday.
The 39-year-old actor, who was nominated for Best Actor his role in The Wolf of Wall Street and also presented at the ceremony in Beverly Hills, walked the red carpet with his mother Irmelin and left 21-year-old Toni Garrn at home.
Blonde Irmelin was elegant in a white shift dress with a blazer and a simple gold pendant while her handsome son was dressed in a tuxedo.

Left behind: Beautiful 21-year-old model Toni Garrn didn't get an invitation to the Golden Globes from her nominee boyfriend Leonardo
mother.
He stopped to chat to his Wolf of Wall Street director Martin Scorsese on the red carpet and towered over the diminutive filmmaker.
And the popular star also shared a hug with his longtime pal Bradley Cooper, who was nominated as Best Supporting Actor for American Hustle.
While much has been made about the raunchiness of The Wolf of Wall Street, Leonardo insists his mother and father George were not fazed by his performance.
He told Vanity Fair: 'I am almost 40 years old now, so I'd hope that I wouldn’t have to answer to them.
'I think that the perception of me is still the child actor. So that, you know, people would wonder what my parents thought.
'But to tell you the truth, it didn’t faze them whatsoever. I mean, I was reading underground comics in the back of my dad’s station wagon that were much more gratuitous than this at 10 years old, so nothing really affected them on that level.'

He said: 'My father tells me that they were on their honeymoon at the Uffizi gallery in Florence, I believe.
Dapper: Nominees Leonardo and his pal Bradley Cooper both graced the red carpet in tuxedos
Hunky pals: The duo were thrilled to bump into each other on the red carpet and shared a laugh before posing for pictures
Hearts racing: Leonardo and Bradley no doubt got many female hearts racing as they shared a joke and a hug on the red carpet
Too much hotness: Leonardo and Bradley left onlookers hot under the collar as they greeted each other
'They were looking at a da Vinci painting, and allegedly I started kicking furiously while my mother was pregnant.
'And my father took that as a sign, and I suppose DiCaprio wasn’t that far from Da Vinci.
'And so, my dad, being the artist that he is, said, "That's our boy's name. "'
